JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read the interim order dated 26.09.2014.
2. In view of the interim order, I am of the view Ext.P7 can only a prospective application and it cannot take away the right of candidates who have acquired qualification prior to 09.07.2014, the date of Ext.P7.
With the above observation, interim order is made absolute and Writ Petition is disposed of in the light of the interim order.
