Petitioner is aggrieved by award of censure entry which has been affirmed in appeal and revision. Findings returned in the orders are assailed on various grounds.
Petition is opposed by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
In the facts of the case since various factual issues would also require determination it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy available before the Public Service Tribunal. In the event such a claim is filed within four weeks from today the same shall be entertained on merits and shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is consigned to records.
