Pursuant to the earlier order dated 01.08.2019, the girl Ms. Anoop Kumari is produced before the Court by her father and she was duly identified by Sri Kartikey Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5. On making inquiry by the Court, she states that she is intermediate passed and as per high school certificate, her date of birth is 20.05.1991. She further submits that she has come along with her father and she does not know Mandeep Kumar Yadav. She has never met him in her life. She is not a married girl and she wants to go with her father.
Without making any comment upon marriage of the girl, she is a major girl of 27 years. She is set at liberty to go where she wants.
With this observation the present habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
So far as the amount so deposited by the petitioner no. 2 before Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad shall be release in favour of the girl Anoop Kumari around a fortnight.
