Undisputedly against the order impugned the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 11 of the 1999 Rules.
According this petition is disposed of with the observation that it shall be open to the petitioner to invoke the statutory alternative remedy.
It is further observed that in case such an appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of its presentation.
