Hon'ble Saeed-Uz-Zaman Siddiqi,J.
One week further time is allowed to file affidavit in terms of earlier order with regard to alleged threat perception.
So far as the threat to the petitioner's life and liberty is concerned, the District Magistrate/Senior Superintendent of Police, Raebareli are directed to look into it and ensure that no physical harm is caused to the petitioner by anti-social elements.
