The petitioner's contention is that on renewal of the permit, the petitioner was declined the municipal permit and Ext.P1 was issued in the Kannur District with parking place at Pallikkunnu. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner in fact had a municipal permit earlier. In fact, the query as per the Right to Information Act, 2005, indicates that the KMC permit claimed by the petitioner was not with respect to the vehicle bearing Registration No. KL-13-C-8554 and was with respect to another vehicle Registration No. KL-13-S-1729. In such circumstance, there is absolutely no sustainable grievance in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
