JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the convening of the timing conference; allegedly on the basis of the petition filed by him for the revision of his own timings in the issued permit - Ext.P1.
2. The petitioner's contention in the Writ Petition was that he had not approached the authority for revision of timings and some third party had forged his signature and filed Ext.P4.
3. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that, in fact, on the basis of the objection filed by the petitioner the issue itself was closed and no timing revision is proposed as per Ext.P4.
Recording the above submission the Writ Petition stands closed.
