Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to further investigate the matter and submit its report in Case Crime No. 71 of 2017 (State Vs. Ravi Shanker Pandey and others) under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Maduadeeh, District Varanasi within time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present petition this Court has no doubt that the concerned authority may investigate the matter most expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed off.
