The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing first information report dated 30.03.2015 in Case Crime No.122 of 2015, under Sections 304, 419, 420 I.P.C. and 3 (2)(V) Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes Act, Police Station Gosainganj, District Lucknow.
The petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 03.02.2016 rendered in Writ Petition No.3675 (MB) of 2015.
