Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the 482 Cr.P.C. application.
Heard Sri R.V. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State.
This is a correction application for correction of the order dated 7.3.2018 passed by this Court.
Following necessary corrections be made in the order dated 7.3.2018:-
Let police station "Balluwa" which appears in 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted so as to be replaced by "Sakaldeeha".
The order dated 7.3.2018 is corrected accordingly. Accordingly, the present correction application stands allowed.
