Petitioner is an applicant for appointment to 16448 post of Assistant Teachers advertised in different districts of the State. She has raised a grievance with regard to conduct of counselling. Accordingly to the petitioner, she was entitled to be considered for appointment, but her claim has erroneously been discarded. In respect of her claim, petitioner has already approached the Secretary of the Board, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, in respect of her grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of her claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of petitioner on merits, and all issues are left open to be considered by the authority concerned, at the first instance.
