Petitioner has been removed from service by the respondent Bank vide order dated 12.4.2019. An appeal against such order has been preferred on 16.5.2019. The only prayer made in this petition is to direct the appellate authority to dispose petitioner's pending appeal, expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that petitioner's appeal shall be disposed of by the authority concerned in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to dispose of petitioner's pending appeal, by taking an appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
