Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time and unable to convince this Court, as to the document, enclosed by him, as Annexure-4, which is an Admit Card, issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, in the name of 'Annu Nagar', whereas the name of the present petitioner is 'Annu Gurjar', prays for withdrawal of the petition, as he proposes to advice his client to obtain regular bail/anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
