This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.No.1242/2013 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha to Family Court, Ernakulam transferred.
2. It is unnecessary to go into the facts and details of the case for the simple reason that the respondent has entered appearance through a counsel and submitted that the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition.
In the light of the said stand taken by the counsel for the respondent, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.1242 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
