The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the Sub Court, Pala to issue carbon copy of the order passed by the said court on 19.11.2014 in relation to which carbon copy application was filed on 20.11.2014. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that without getting a copy of the order enabling them to take further steps in the matter, further proceedings in the execution is posted to tomorrow. The petitioners point out that if further proceedings are taken before getting a copy of the order, they will be put to irreparable loss and injury.
3. The respondent appears through counsel and it is submitted that he has no objection in granting the prayer sought for by the petitioners.
This original petition is disposed of directing the court below to issue a carbon copy of the order dated 19.11.2014 within a O.P.(C) No.2801/2014 2 period of ten days from today. Further proceedings in the execution shall be kept in abeyance for a period of two weeks.
