The grievance of the petitioner is that the impleadment application under Order I Rule 10 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner to get herself arrayed as a plaintiff was not being decided.
Without going into the merits of the petition, it is directed that the application dated 28.6.2019 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. Thereafter the suit may proceed in accordance with law.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
