JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a writ, order or orders more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loans of the petitioners/members released and to be released to the members of the petitioners at the rate of 1% to 12.5% towards crop insurance premium in the Khariff and rabbi seasons 2013 to 2014 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of provisions of Constitution of India, Contract Act and declare the same as optional and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Mr. P.V.S.K. Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh writ petition by challenging the insurance policy.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38741 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
