Petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 application before the 1st respondent under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order 1967. The only request made by the petitioner is for consideration of the said application in accordance with the procedure prescribed.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, there will be a direction to the District Collector or such officer as may be concerned, to consider Ext.P7 application and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
