JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Doraisamy, learned Senior Counsel is present on behalf of the writ petitioner.
2. Prayer in the main writ petition is very simple and innocuous.
3. Prayer in the main writ petition is only to mandamus the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2015 regarding release of payments for transport work said to have been done by the writ petitioner.
4. Writ Petition was admitted on 18.02.2016.
5. Though both the respondents have been duly served and their names have been shown in the cause list, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on their behalf either in person or through counsel.
6. Considering the simple and innocuous nature of the prayer in the main writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner dated 14.12.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The disposal of the representation shall be duly communicated to the writ petitioner within this four weeks time frame.
7. Main writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. In view of the order passed in the main writ petition, the miscellaneous petition is closed as unnecessary. 21.02.2017 rg Note: Registry is directed to release the order copy by 24.02.2017 To
