JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 for including his name in joint Patta No.712 issued by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 for issuance of joint patta, the 3rd respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
