The Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to make measurement and to fix the boundaries in respect of the S.Nos.107/1A and 108/5B measuring 1.13 acres of Kuppandapalayam Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, pursuant to the application dated 27.12.2016 and original application made on 01.04.2016.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is decided to sell his share in the property in S.Nos.107/1A and 108/5B measuring 1.13 acres of Kuppandapalayam Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District. In this regard, for fixing the proper boundaries with the patta issued by the respondent, the petitioner approached the respondent and also paid the measurement charges on 01.04.2016 along with a representation. But, till date no action has been taken by the respondent. The petitioner also made representation with the challan on 27.12.2016 to the respondent to depute a Surveyor to commence and complete the process of measurement and to fix the boundaries. Since no action is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2016 followed by 27.12.2016 for making measurement and fixing the boundaries in respect of the S.Nos.107/1A and 108/5B measuring 1.13 acres of Kuppandapalayam Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, after giving notice to the petitioner and necessary parties registered in the 'A' Register.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
