Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajmani Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondents no. 2 and 3 who have not made payment to the petitioner arising out of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.). The petitioner retired as Safai Karmchari on 31.07.2013 and since then he has made several representations, the last of which has been made on 08.06.2018.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of without entering into the controversy raised, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad), to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order thereon as expeditiously say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
In case any dues are found admissible to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within one month thereafter.
