This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 24.11.2018, which has been registered as Case Crime No.0436 of 2018, under Section 306, 376, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Rampur Karkhana, District Deoria.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present writ petition, no case for any interference has been made out.
Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
