Petitioner's father was class IV employee in Nagar Palika Parishad, Rampur, who is said to have died on 29.3.2018. An application for grant of compassionate appointment has been moved before the competent authority by the petitioner on 27.5.2019, which has remained pending since then and hence this petition.
Sri Madhur Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that an appropriate decision would be taken by the competent authority upon petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
