It is submitted by learned advocate, Mr.A.Y.Kogje for the applicant that the applicant will deposit an amount of Rs.35.00 lakhs (Rupees Thirtyfive lakhs only) with the registry of this Court today and further amount of Rs.7.00 crores (Rupees Seven Crores only) within the time prescribed by this Court. It is assured that the applicant will extend full co-operation in the investigation.
In view of the above, S.O. to 29-3-2012. Till then, the applicant shall not be arrested without the permission of this Court.
The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.7.00 crores (Rupees Seven Crores only) with the registry of this Court within a month and fifteen days from today. The applicant shall remain present before the DCB Police Station, Baroda City, on 29-2-2012 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Registry is directed to accept the amount of Rs.35.00 lakhs (Rupees Thirtyfive lakhs only) which will be deposited by the applicant today and Rs.7.00 crores (Rupees Seven crores only) within a month and fifteen days.
