JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.1-State and Mr.Samir Khan, learned counsel waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.2.
By way of present application the applicant has prayed to quash and set aside the order dated 31st January, 2011 passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Vadodara in Criminal Application No.1720 of 2010.
On 02nd February, 2012 learned counsel for respective parties stated before the Court that parties wants to settle the matter and therefore, this Court vide order dated 02nd February, 2012 send the matter to the Mediation Center of this Court.
Heard Mr.Tarak Damani, learned counsel for the applicant-husband and Mr.Samir Khan, learned counsel for respondent No.2-wife.
Today learned counsel for the respective parties stated before this Court that they have settled the matter before the Mediation Center on 20th April, 2012. The said Memorandum of Settlement dated 20th April, 2012 is placed with the file and the same is taken on record.
In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, present revision application is allowed. The order impugned in the present revision application dated 31st January, 2011 passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Vadodara in Criminal Application No.1720 of 2010 is hereby quashed and set aside. Further, in view of conditions of Memorandum of Settlement, learned Family Court, Vadodar is directed to dispose of the divorce petition as early as possible. Rule is made absolute.
Direct Service is permitted.
