Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed the Court that even though the matter was referred to mediation centre and petitioner has not deposited the required amount before the mediation centre, the reason being the police after investigation has submitted the charge sheet and thus, the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing.
