Case called out.
None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Petitioners carried out the transport work of levy rice and also done the custom hulling as per direction of the opposite parties. Their bill has not been paid and as such they filed instant writ petition.
On perusal of the record it reflects that there is arbitration clause.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is provided that if they so desire they may approach appropriate forum as provided under law.
