The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that the learned Special Judicial Magistrate-II, Agra be directed to decide the Complaint Case No.1120 of 2016 (Ankur Agarwal Vs. Madhusudhan Sharma) under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Hari Parwat, District Agra expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Accordingly, the Magistrate concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within the period provided under the Statute, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
