1. Heard Sri Piyush Dubey, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Upendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for complainant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2016, under Sections 376, 366, 506 IPC, Police Station Bagwala, District Etah.
3. It is contended by counsel for applicant that he has been falsely implicated but has filed supplementary affidavit in which statement of victim during trial has been annexed in which she specifically stated that applicant has committed rape on her and has supported the prosecution version.
4. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, at this stage, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
5. Application is accordingly rejected.
