Learned counsel for the applicant was asked by this Court whether he has brought on record the entire material collected by the Investigating Officer twice, but he is not willing to reply to the same and is proceeding with other arguments not responding to the query of the Court.
In such a situation, this anticipatory bail application cannot be considered.
It is accordingly rejected.
