Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Case No. 1942 of 2016 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it does not appear that the matter is as yet ripe for final adjudication. Otherwise also, the learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted at the Bar that the application of the other side under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending.
Under the circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in issuing any specific direction to the court below.
It is expected that the court below shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law by keeping in mind the mandate of Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
