Grievance is that though petitioner has scored 72 marks as per the answer key uploaded by the Commission, but he has wrongly been awarded 55 marks.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case petitioner applies for getting OMR sheet before the authority concerned, he shall provide photocopy of the OMR sheet.
This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the observation that in case petitioner approaches respondent no.2 alongwith certified copy of this order, for getting a photocopy of the OMR sheet, within a week from today, the authority concerned shall provide photocopy of the OMR sheet within a period of three weeks thereafter. In case petitioner can demonstrate from the OMR sheet that his answer sheet has not been correctly evaluated, liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to pursue the remedy as may be available in law.
