JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Narendra Kumar Johari,J.
Heard Sri Matri Datt Tripathi, learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.06.2019 bearing Case Crime No. 0211 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 313 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District- Lucknow.
From a perusal of the First Information Report, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out, therefore, no interference may be caused by this Court.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
