Registry to verify the matter as what is prayed for in the petition is challenge to the notification dated 7.11.2000 passed by the State of Gujarat in Education Department whereby the decision was taken for appointment of Administrative Officer in the Municipality in the cadre of Education Service Class-II. It appears as per the present determination the matter would fall within service matter.
