Heard Sri Sharad Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State of U.P.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 7.5.2019 passed by Joint Secretary, Cooperative and Appellate Authority (Cooperative Department) U.P. Government at Lucknow.
It is stated that although the Society is not in function but without hearing other side, interim order dated 7.5.2019 has been passed by respondent no. 3.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are given liberty to file an application for vacation of the interim order dated 7.5.2019 before the Appellate Authority, respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks. In case any application is filed before respondent no. 3, he shall pass appropriate Orders on it after hearing both the parties in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
