Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been against the order dated 10.07.2017 passed by the Addl. District & Sessions Judge/FTC-II, Family Court, Hapur in Case No. 33 of 2015 (Smt. Tanu Vs. Ankit) under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
The remedy against the final order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. lies by way of filing criminal revision. The present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the final order dated 10.07.2017 passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
After the matter was argued at quite some length, Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this application and it may be dismissed as such.
As prayed, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file revision, if any.
Office to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicant within four days from today.
