This revision is filed by the revisionist for quashing the impugned order dated 13.11.2018 passed by III-Addl. Sess. Judge, Muzaffar Nagar in S.T. No.639 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.246 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Vipin & others) under Section 302/34 IPC PS Kotwali, distt. Muzaffar Nagar.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for revisionist submits that grievance of revisionist would be sufficiently met in case bail application of revisionist is considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view thereof, it is provided that if the revisionist surrenders before the Court below within two weeks from today and applies for bail, the Court below will consider the same, in accordance with law in view of the observations made in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in [2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC)].
For a period of two weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the revisionist.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
