The present transfer application is being filed on behalf of the Ankit Tyagi. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is defective one.
The only prayer sought by the learned counsel for the applicant is that to stay the proceeding of case no. 95/11 of 2017 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffar Nagar. There is no whisper as to whether from where he wants to get the matter transferred.
The prayer is incomplete/defective.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application.
In view of the statement made above, this transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Office is directed to return the photocopy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicant on his supplying photocopy of the same.
