Heard Sri Nagendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The reliefs claimed in the writ petition read as under:
i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 (Principal Manager/Secretary, Moradabad Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Limited, Dalpatpur, District Moradabad to decide the claim of the petitioner in view of application dated 13.12.2018.
ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
iii) Award the cost of the petition to petitioner."
We cannot make out head or tail in the relief as it does not disclose exactly what is the grievance of the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
