Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 24.02.2020, registered as Case Crime No.0065 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 I.P.C. at P.S. Adarsh Mandi, District Shamli.
The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature, therefore, prayer of the petitioner to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is hereby rejected.
