Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner applied against the post of Village Development Officer vide Examination 2016. By the instant writ petition, seeks following relief:
"To issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari directing the respondent Commission to stay the effect and operation of the revised Answer Key dated 30.06.2016 issued by the Respondent No.2 wherein wrong answer has been mentioned for the wrong question i.e. Q.No.77 of Booklet Series No. 'A' (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition), in the written examination of Village Development Officer, (General Selection) Examination, 2016, for the recruitment of Village Development Officers."
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy the Court, as to whether petitioner had filed objection to the Answer Key uploaded wayback in 2016.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on merit, as well as, on the ground of laches.
The order has been passed in the presence of Sri Kailash Singh Kushwaha, as counsel for the respondent.
