Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
With the consent of learned counsels for the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided.
The petitioner being aggrieved with the suspension order dated 01.10.2018, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition is before this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length confines his arguments to the inquiry as initiated against the petitioner through the charge sheet dated 30.05.2019, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the petition being concluded within a specified time. To the said prayer, learned Standing counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude the inquiry as initiated against the petitioner by means of the impugned charge sheet dated 30.05.2019 in which the petitioner has already submitted his reply on 14.06.2019 within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order.
The respondents would also pass a final order in the said inquiry proceedings. Needless to mention that the petitioner would co-operate in the said inquiry.
It is also provided that in case the inquiry is not concluded and a final order is not passed within the aforesaid period then the impugned suspension order dated 01.10.2018 would stand automatically revoked.
