1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Ankit Kaushik, Jignesh Kaushik, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.119 of 2020, under Sections -420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Baraut, District - Baghpat, during pendency of trial.
3. In view of the direct fact allegation made in the FIR and looking into the nature of offence as alleged, the discretion claimed for grant of anticipatory bail is declined.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be dealt with on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
