ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents have been trying to grant lease of seed purification plant with motor comprised in an extent of Ac.3-25 gts. at Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, to third party, without either renewing the lease to the petitioner or putting the same to auction.
Admittedly, the petitioner’s renewed lease period has expired in the year 2013 itself. However, for more than one and half years, the petitioner has not even approached the respondents for redressal of his grievance. In my opinion, the petitioner is not entitled to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court unless he has first approached the respondents with his grievance.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed, without adjudicating on the merits of the case, with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision that may be taken by the respondents on his representation, he shall be free to avail a fresh remedy.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44444 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
