ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not been releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution through the fair price shop of Yanampally Village, for which she holds authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TG), on instructions, submitted that as the petitioner was not available in India upto 21st September, 2014, the demand draft for the value of the essential commodities was not submitted by her and that as a result thereof, the essential commodities for the month of September, 2014 were not delivered to her. He has further submitted that so long as the petitioner’s authorisation subsists, respondent Nos.2 and 3 will supply essential commodities to her from the month of October, 2014 provided she submits demand drafts in time.
These submissions of the learned Government Pleader are placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38346 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
