Heard Sri Anand Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent Board.
The only prayer made by Sri Anand Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be provided a copy of the answer sheets in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Class XIIth examination held by the respondent Board.
It is open to the petitioner to file an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in the prescribed format after depositing the requisite fee. In case, such an application is made, the respondent Board shall decide the application as per law, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
