Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"I) A writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 22.05.2017 in case crime no. 0171 of 2017 under Section 366 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali City, District Mirzapur. (Annexure-1) "
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. B-60/2017 dated 16.09.2017, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
