Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party, on instructions, submits that the order of the writ court has been complied vide order dated 19.11.2018. Copy of the order has been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record.
It is, however, clarified that in the event the applicant makes an application for appointment on class IV post before the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Siddharth Nagar, the appointment on compassionate ground shall be made, expeditiously preferably within eight weeks from the date of filing of application.
