Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks re-poll for the village Panchayat Belwai Madhavpur, Tehsil, Kadipur, District Sultanpur and some other directions.
Sri H.P. Srivastava, Additional C.S.C. informs that the result of the village Panchayat election has already been declared.
In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioner may avail such other remedies as may be prescribed in law.
